As a Warehouseman, reporting to the Logistics Manager and working in a multidisciplinary R&D environment, your role will be to receive, manage and dispatch products.

Your main tasks will be to :

• Answering calls for deliveries and physically receiving parcels,
• Process incoming goods by recording them in the ERP system and placing items in stock,
• Prepare orders requested by employees via an internal form,
• Deliver products to the R&D or Production areas, depending on the destination,
• Ensuring traceability of incoming and outgoing stock, both physically and in the IT system,
• Prepare products for dispatch, ensuring appropriate packaging,
• Independently carry out rolling inventories to ensure stock accuracy,
• Working with the purchasing department to replenish certain product families,
• Keeping the shop organised and ensuring that items are stored correctly for easy access.

Profile required

You have a degree in logistics with significant experience in logistics.

Key points:

• You are rigorous
• You know how to manage priorities and adapt easily,
• You are able to make proposals and have good time management and organisational skills,
• You have experience of using an ERP system,
• You are comfortable using the Office pack, particularly Excel,
• You are known for your interpersonal skills and your curiosity.

• You have CACES 1 and 3.
