Post description

Reporting to the Operations Management, your role will be to organize and schedule the activities of the multidisciplinary teams working on the system and subsystems of our optical ground stations.

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, cost, and schedule objectives of the projects in collaboration with our teams.

As such, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Build and optimize the planning of R&D and production developments;
  • Lead the rituals (e.g., obeya) that allow for continuous updates to the schedules;
  • Foster a positive dynamic by proposing innovative approaches;
  • Monitor the quality, cost, and delivery schedule indicators for the system and make necessary decisions to improve these metrics;
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, both internally and externally, including clients, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors;
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and project management methods within the company.

Profile required

With a general engineering background (Master's level, BAC+5),

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in project management within complex and constantly evolving technological environments, as well as in industrial settings;
  • You have demonstrated your ability to exercise positive leadership by driving new ideas and proposing innovative ways of working, while also showing a sense of compromise;
  • Your analytical skills enable you to propose solutions tailored to the context;
  • Your rigor, flexibility, and organizational skills allow you to manage projects efficiently;
  • Your ability to synthesize information helps structure and prioritize data, facilitating decision-making;
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Project;
  • You are fluent in English.

Desirable qualifications:

  • Knowledge of optical physics
  • PMI certification
  • Experience in Agile Development
