As part of the R&D technical team, your role will be to contribute to the entire V-cycle of product development, with a specific focus on the Integration, Verification, and Validation (IVV) phases.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining verification and validation criteria, control benches for components and subsystems, and system integration processes.
  • Monitoring and participating in product integration, progressively validating that the developed subsystems meet specified requirements.
  • Conducting tests, carrying out technical investigations in case of non-conformities, and proposing solutions.
  • Acting as a technical interface with cross-functional teams.
  • Managing requirements traceability.
  • Contributing to architecture files and various technical documentation.
  • Supporting the development of a systems methodology within the R&D team.

With an engineering degree (Master level), you have initial experience in systems engineering gained in industrial environments.

Your broad technical knowledge, methodical approach, and ability to manage interactions across multiple stakeholders and disciplines will be your key strengths.

 

Your strengths:

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate clearly and convincingly.
Strong skills in analysis, synthesis, critical thinking, and argumentation.
Curious, proactive, and oriented towards innovation and new technologies.
Comfortable navigating uncertain and complex environments.
A fluent level of English and French, both written and spoken, is required.
