Cailabs is experiencing strong growth and is committed to cultivating a solid, coherent, and inclusive company culture. In this context, we are looking for an HR Development Officer to join our team and play a central role in supporting this dynamic. In collaboration with the HR team, you will be responsible for implementing and deploying initiatives aimed at developing, uniting, structuring, and valuing our talent.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and deploying the training plan:
    • Identifying training needs through professional interviews and skills assessments, aligned with the company's strategic development.
    • Implementing and monitoring the skills development plan: Ensuring its deployment and ensuring the quality of the training provided.
    • Managing relationships with training organizations and the OPCO: Coordinating external partnerships to offer tailored training solutions.
  • Managing HR development projects:
    • Continuously improving the job mapping, developing mentorship programs, and supporting cultural and organizational transformation projects.
  • Exploring innovative HR topics:
    • Anticipating the company's future needs and proposing innovative solutions to meet them.
  • Ensuring legal compliance:
    • Analyzing the legal implications of HR projects and ensuring compliance with current regulations.
  • Supporting teams in change management:
    • Facilitating the adoption of new HR initiatives by ensuring clear, engaging, and regular communication around projects.
  • Measuring and optimizing the impact of HR projects:
    • Analyzing the relevance and effectiveness of initiatives to ensure they address growth and transformation challenges.
  • HR monitoring:
    • Staying informed about the latest HR trends and practices, integrating innovative solutions to anticipate market changes and regulations.
  • Contributing to projects linked to our CSR policy, thereby supporting the company’s social and environmental goals.

Profile required

With a Master’s degree (Bac +5), you have significant experience (minimum of 3 years) in a similar role, ideally in a high-growth or transforming environment, during which you have developed:

  • A strong mastery of HR processes (training, skills development, HR project management, change management).
  • Solid knowledge of labor law and HR regulations.
  • The ability to independently manage and lead HR projects, with a particular focus on the quality and effectiveness of the solutions provided.

You are recognized for:

  • Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to unite and persuade.
  • Your analytical mindset and ability to measure and optimize the impact of HR projects.
  • Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Your proactivity, autonomy, and initiative, with a strong results-oriented approach.
  • Your ease in working in a team, with a collaborative and inclusive mindset.
