Job description
Give Meaning to Your Quality Expertise
At our company, quality is viewed as a driver of shared improvement — not a constraint. More than a set of rules, our quality approach aims to clarify, harmonize, and enhance our practices.
As a Quality Systems Engineer, you won’t just be the guardian of procedures — you’ll be a key player in driving continuous improvement at the heart of cross-functional projects.
Your role: to create the conditions for a quality system that is living, collaborative, practical, and sustainable.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will work on high-value-added assignments:
-
Lead continuous improvement initiatives in project mode with operational teams;
-
Facilitate working groups: coordinate actions, follow up on decisions, and support implementation;
-
Deploy a quality management system based on lessons learned from internal and external audits;
-
Write and structure key processes, procedures, and operating methods;
-
Build a clear, user-friendly, and evolving document management framework;
-
Manage ad hoc quality projects according to the company’s priorities;
-
Actively contribute to document management: creation, structuring, and archiving.
What We’re Looking For
You hold a Master’s degree (engineering school, quality management, or equivalent) and have at least 5 years of experience in quality systems, ideally in a demanding industrial environment.
You stand out for:
-
Your ability to structure, lead, and engage others around a robust and cross-functional quality approach;
-
Your ease in collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders across multiple functions;
-
Your rigor, autonomy, and sense of priorities, while being able to unite teams around shared goals;
-
Your proven skills in document control, process formalization, and continuous improvement.
