Job description
Give meaning to your expertise in Quality
With us, quality is not a constraint – it’s a shared driver for improvement.
Your role won’t be limited to writing procedures: you’ll be out in the field, working alongside the teams. Your concrete actions will directly contribute to collective performance and project reliability.
And because we value diverse and versatile career paths, you’ll develop your skills in both system quality and operational quality, through varied and stimulating assignments.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will play a key role in deploying our quality approach, with a strong operational focus and a part dedicated to documentation structure.
In practice, you will work both on the ground and on the implementation of the quality system:
-
Lead quality initiatives, both operational and system-related, in direct connection with business teams.
-
Facilitate working groups: coordinate actions, follow up on decisions, and support implementation.
-
Perform product/process quality control, analyze deviations, monitor indicators, and propose improvement actions.
-
Deploy and continuously improve the quality management system, based on audits and field feedback.
-
Structure and maintain quality documentation (processes, procedures, reference materials), ensuring it is clear, practical, and useful for end users.
What We’re Looking For
With a Master’s degree (engineering school, Quality master’s, or equivalent), you have at least a first experience in system or operational quality, ideally in a demanding industrial environment.
We are looking for someone who enjoys both operational, field-based work and quality structuring.
You stand out through:
-
Your ability to structure, lead, and engage around a transversal and robust quality approach;
-
Your ease in collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders, across different business functions;
-
Your rigor, autonomy, and ability to prioritize, while bringing people together around collective goals;
-
Solid experience in document management, process formalization, and leading continuous improvement initiatives;
-
Your ability to structure and maintain quality documentation (processes, procedures, reference materials), making sure it remains clear, dynamic, and directly usable by teams.
