As a Methods Technician, reporting to the Methods Manager and working in a multidisciplinary R&D environment, your role will be to analyze, design, and optimize production processes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the definition and management of the industrial documentation of our products (bill of materials, routing, procedures) within our ERP system and ensuring its reliability;

  • Supporting product development by assisting in the prototyping phase and updating assembly procedures in line with our tools;

  • Helping improve workshop ergonomics and productivity by proposing solutions for process and equipment optimization;

  • Being proactive in suggesting improvements and standardizing working methods within the department;

  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile required

With a two-year degree (BAC +2) in Electronics, you have 3 years of experience in a methods role within an industrial environment, specifically in electronic integration.

  • You have skills in reading electronic drawings and schematics;
  • You have hands-on experience in soldering, crimping, and wiring;
  • You have experience managing industrial documentation (BOM, routings, procedures) within an ERP system;
  • You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and curiosity;
  • You have strong analytical and writing abilities;
  • You are rigorous;
  • You are proactive, with strong time management and organizational skills;
  • You have already used an ERP system and are comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite.
