Do you want to manage rigorous processes, control risks and help bring cutting-edge technologies to market?
Join our team as Quality Manager and become the guarantor of the reliability and excellence of our innovative products!
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for defining and leading the company's quality strategy, managing the quality team, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
You will play a strategic role in ensuring the scalability of our products and building trust with our partners and clients.
In this context, your missions will include:
- Implementing, improving, and managing the company’s quality approach and continuous improvement efforts, steering them toward ISO 9001 certification.
- Building and developing an engaging quality team to ensure performance objectives are met.
- Adapting quality processes to the needs of industrial production.
- Promoting a quality culture within the teams by involving them in the process to foster commitment and accountability.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (REACH, RoHS, etc.) and anticipating future developments.
- Collaborating with the R&D and production teams to define and apply quality control criteria tailored to the technical specifics of systems, projects, and products.
- Supervising quality checks at every stage, from design to production, using tools like FMEAs and risk analyses.
- Acting as the safety referent for the sites.
- Providing regular reporting to management on quality indicators, audits, and ongoing corrective actions.
Profile required
- You hold an engineering degree with a specialization in quality, continuous improvement, or process management.
- You have at least 10 years of experience as a Quality Manager in an industrial environment, ideally in an SME, with proven expertise in team management and implementing quality policies.
- You are recognized for your leadership, rigor, excellent analytical skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
- You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable collaborating with various departments.
- You have a good level of English (both written and spoken).
