Post description
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing quality procedures and supporting daily operations.
You will be a facilitator of continuous improvement and process compliance, contributing to the excellence of our products and services.
In this context, your tasks will include:
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects and supporting efforts towards ISO9001 certification;
- Establishing and monitoring quality indicators in line with operational requirements;
- Performing compliance checks for standards such as REACH, ROHS, etc.;
- Managing metrology aspects, including preventive and corrective maintenance checks, as well as coordinating interventions with the reference technicians;
- Conducting quality inspections of incoming raw materials and products returned by clients/partners;
- Collaborating on the drafting, updating, and monitoring of quality procedures in conjunction with other teams;
- Leading risk prevention efforts: contributing to the update of the Workplace Risk Assessment Document (DUERP) in collaboration with designated referents;
- Incorporating the quality component into client projects, notably by participating in the implementation of an Electronic Document Management system (EDM).
Essential skills
- You are a graduate of an engineering school, ideally specializing in quality or industrial engineering;
- You have at least 3 years of experience in quality and continuous improvement in an industrial environment, preferably within an SME;
- You have a strong command of quality tools and methods for identifying, optimizing, and/or solving problems;
- You are known for your rigor, technical curiosity, critical thinking, and analytical precision;
- Your flexibility and high adaptability enable you to interface effectively with other departments within the company;
- You have a strong ability to work in a team and communicate with various technical profiles;
- You have a good command of English (written and spoken).
