Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of product quality and customer satisfaction in a collaborative and stimulating environment!

Integrated into the Quality team, you will be responsible for incoming quality control, ensuring the conformity of received products and materials.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Checking the conformity of products and raw materials upon arrival according to predefined criteria.

  • Defining tooling requirements, identifying critical characteristics for inspection (from technical plans, schematics, etc.), and estimating the necessary implementation time.

  • Conducting quality inspections (visual checks, dimensional measurements, performance tests).

  • Identifying and reporting detected anomalies.

  • Creating and managing non-conformity reports.

  • Developing inspection procedures tailored to technical specifications.

  • Suggesting improvements for inspection criteria and control methods.

You will frequently interact with logistics, procurement, production, and R&D teams.

Occasionally, you may engage with external suppliers.

Profile required

Holding a two-year technical diploma with 5 years of experience in quality control, you ideally have prior experience in an industrial environment.

Your strengths:

  • Technical knowledge in optics, mechanics, and the use of measurement instruments;
  • Proficiency in ERP systems;
  • Analytical and methodical mindset;
  • Rigorous, meticulous, precise, and autonomous;
  • Responsible and honest;
  • Team-oriented mindset.

Preferred additional skills:

  • English proficiency;
  • Mastery of continuous improvement tools;
  • Electronics knowledge.
