As part of our expansion into the North American market, Cailabs, a deep-tech company specializing in innovative optical solutions, is looking for a VIE with a technical sales profile to support our development in the United States.
This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on international business experience while contributing to the growth of a French high-tech company abroad.
Your main missions will be :
- Support the US Team :

Conduct market research and ad hoc business analyses,

Assist with customer interface and relationship management,

Support the local business development strategy.
- Represent Cailabs at Marketing & sales events

Prepare and coordinate Cailabs’ participation in major U.S. trade shows,

Liaise with the French Marketing & Communications team for event logistics,

Manage the booth, present our company and products,
-
Identify new opportunities and initiate contacts with prospective clients and partners.
Interface with French HQ :
-
Ensure smooth communication between the U.S. and French teams,
-
Help align local actions with global strategy,
-
Participate in internal meetings and provide reporting on U.S. activities.
Profile required

Master’s degree or engineering school background
-
First experience or strong interest in technical sales or optical technologies
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Fluency in English and French is mandatory

Proactive, adaptable, and ready to work in a multicultural environment
