Joining this position means working at the heart of a high-technology environment, in daily interaction with the Technical, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

You will have a tangible impact on industrial performance while evolving within a stimulating and fast-moving scope.

 

Your Mission

Reporting to the Methods Manager, you will be the Methods point of contact for a technology transfer project involving one of our Optical Ground Station (OGS) subsystems, working directly with a German-speaking partner.

 

Your role will consist of ensuring the complete transposition of industrial processes, from their analysis at the original site to their full integration into our production workshops.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and understand the processes, equipment, workflows, operating methods, and constraints of the original site.

  • Capitalize and transfer the industrial documentation and associated procedures (qualification, use, maintenance, safety) for integration into our tools (ERP, DMS, etc.).

  • Organize logistics flows, documentation, and team training.

  • Support serial production and ramp-up activities.

  • Oversee the qualification of equipment and processes related to mechanical parts.

Regular travel within Europe (approximately one full week per month) will be required to monitor the transfer and maintain technical exchanges with partners

 

Your Daily Work

You will work closely with the Methods, Production, Technical, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to secure processes and ensure industrial performance.

Your rigor, curiosity, and analytical mindset will help you quickly understand existing processes and propose pragmatic solutions.

 

With excellent interpersonal skills and strong adaptability, you will coordinate internal and external stakeholders while sharing your knowledge effectively.

Your proactivity and organizational skills will be key to implementing and continuously improving processes.

 

 

Profile required

Your Profile

  • Engineering degree (Master’s level) in mechatronics, mechanics, or industrialization.

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in an industrial environment, ideally in mechatronics or mechanics.

  • Good understanding of electronic schematics.

  • Proficient with Methods tools and ERP systems (BOM, routing, procedures).

  • Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office suite).

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a strong plus for collaboration with partners.

  • Experience with CNC machines and CAD/CAE mechanical design software.

  • Knowledge of optics and Python appreciated.
