Your Mission
Reporting to the Methods Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the technology transfer of a subsystem of our Optical Ground Stations (OGS) from its original site to full integration within our industrial facilities.
Concretely, you will be involved throughout the entire cycle:

Evaluate and characterize processes (manufacturing and associated metrology), equipment, workflows, and existing constraints.

Capitalize and structure the industrial documentation (procedures, equipment, safety, maintenance, etc.) for integration into our tools (ERP, DMS, etc.).

Lead the installation, qualification, and monitoring of equipment and processes.

Prepare documentation and training for the teams.

Support production ramp-up and serial life activities.

Work with a German-speaking partner; travel within Europe expected.
Your Daily Work
You will collaborate with all internal teams — Methods, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical — to secure processes, solve bottlenecks, and ensure industrial performance.
Your rigor, organizational skills, and ability to unite others will be essential to drive projects forward in a demanding environment.
Curious and proactive, you enjoy understanding processes in depth and identifying concrete levers for improvement.
Your interpersonal skills and pedagogical approach will enable you to support teams in adopting new tools and methods.
Profile required
Your Profile

Engineering degree (Master’s level) in process engineering, mechanics, optics, or materials.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in materials or microtechnology.

Experience in micro-polishing and good knowledge of optical manufacturing and metrology processes (precision machining, surface treatment, etc.).

Proficient in Methods tools and ERP systems (BOM, routing, procedures).

Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office suite).

Fluent in English; German is an asset.

Knowledge of optics or Python would be a plus.
