As part of an internal mobility opportunity, we are looking for our next B2B Marketing Events Manager to join the Marketing & Communications team. 

Reporting to the Product Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing Cailabs’ event strategy in France and internationally.

In a demanding, fast-growing technology environment, you will contribute to strengthening the company’s visibility across its various markets (Telecommunications, Space, Defense, and Industry) by making events a key driver of brand awareness, business development, and customer engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities :

Event Management :

You will be responsible for the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of all events attended by Cailabs.

  • Define event objectives in collaboration with the Sales teams (lead generation, customer meetings, brand visibility, partnerships, etc.),
  • Develop and manage associated action plans,
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Communications, Logistics),
  • Attend events in France and abroad and ensure their successful execution, while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards,
  • Identify risks and prioritize actions when necessary.

Operational Event Organization :

You will oversee all logistical aspects related to events :

  • Manage registrations and booth reservations,
  • Maintain relationships with event organizers,
  • Coordinate equipment and event materials,
  • Organize team travel arrangements,
  • Monitor shipments in collaboration with the Logistics team,
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and external service providers in an international context.

Develop High-Value Engagement Formats :

Beyond trade shows and industry exhibitions, you will design and implement initiatives aimed at strengthening engagement with customers and partners:

  • Organize user workshops,
  • Design and coordinate partner events,
  • Set up targeted networking meetings,
  • Organize cocktail receptions and related side events,
  • Develop any other relevant formats aligned with business objectives.

Support Event Communications :

In collaboration with the Communications team, you will coordinate the preparation of event-related content :

  • Prepare social media posts,
  • Coordinate the creation of presentation materials,
  • Produce communication assets and promotional materials,
  • Prepare and schedule speaking engagements.

Measure Performance and Drive Continuous Improvement :

You will monitor results to assess the impact of event activities :

  • Track generated leads, meetings, and strategic contacts,
  • Organize post-event feedback sessions and debriefs,
  • Identify areas for improvement,
  • Contribute to the prioritization of events across the company.

Contribute to Internal Communications :

Depending on team needs, you may also :

  • Lead selected internal communication projects,
  • Support the dissemination of information across the company,
  • Propose and organize engaging internal events that foster team spirit and employee engagement.
