Who are we ?

Founded in 2013, Cailabs is the global specialist in laser beam shaping, particularly through a unique and patented technology (MPLC), originating from scientific laboratories. The company designs, manufactures, and develops innovative photonic solutions for the aerospace, industrial (laser machining), telecommunications, and defense sectors.

Since 2020, Cailabs has experienced accelerated growth in the field of optical ground stations, enabling communication between satellites and Earth using lasers, and has now a central position in this market. Currently, one major area of activity for Cailabs is its optical ground stations TILBA-OGS, which incorporate Cailabs' technological core (MPLC) to facilitate ultra-high-speed communications despite atmospheric conditions.

Cailabs currently has over 90 employees, including 25 PhD holders. With 26 families of filed patents, the company is recognized as one of the most innovative SMEs in France.

Reporting directly to the IT Manager, your mission will be to participate in IT interventions and developments:

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Manage the IT equipment and stock (inventory, orders)
• User account management
• Provide level 1 user support (hardware and software) in collaboration with the Business Applications Manager
• Train employees on IT tools and procedures
• Ensure compliance with IT rules
• Participate in infrastructure projects in collaboration with the IT Manager
• Conduct technological watch

Essential skills

Coming from a Bac +2  background in IT,

• You have expertise in Windows 10 & 11 environments as well as Active Directory.
• You possess a strong sense of service.
• Your interpersonal skills are an asset for interacting with all users.
• You are autonomous and proactive.
• You are curious and have a desire to acquire new knowledge.
• You can adapt to a changing environment.

Bonus points:

• You have knowledge of Linux.
• You have basic knowledge of computer networks (VLAN, Firewalls).
• You have a good level of technical English.
