As an Optronics/Optics Methods Technician, reporting to the Methods Manager and working in a multidisciplinary R&D environment, your role will be to contribute to the industrialization of our products and optimize production processes.

 

In this context, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the definition and management of the industrial documentation for our products (BOMs / routings / procedures) within our ERP system,
  • Developing and maintaining manufacturing and testing procedures/work instructions for production teams, in collaboration with the Development department and Operational/Quality teams,
  • Contributing to the improvement of workshop ergonomics and productivity by proposing solutions to enhance manufacturing processes, equipment, and workflows,
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile required

With a 2-year higher education degree (Associate/Bachelor level) including a specialization in optics/optronics, you have 2 to 5 years of experience in a methods role within an industrial environment.

 

  • You have knowledge of optics and/or optronics,
  • You have experience managing industrial documentation (BOMs, routings, etc.) through an ERP system,
  • You are recognized for your rigor, interpersonal skills, and curiosity,
  • You possess strong analytical and writing skills,
  • You are proactive and have good time management and organizational skills.
