Would you like to put your skills in Methods, Industrialization and industrial process structuring into practice and further develop them? Join Cailabs!  Reporting to the Methods Manager and working in an R&D, industrial and multidisciplinary environment, you will play a key role in industrializing the testing activities for our products. Beyond traditional test methods engineering responsibilities, you will be the business ERP referent for measurement and testing activities carried out within the production flow. In this role, you will actively contribute to structuring industrial data, improving processes and harmonizing practices across the company.  

Your main responsibilities :

Industrialize testing activities 

  • Analyze the test protocols defined by the Verification & Validation teams;
  • Break down complex operations to make them executable, robust and reproducible in production;
  • Write test procedures and work instructions for operators;
  • Ensure consistency between product requirements, procedures and quality records;
  • Define test bench requirements (new benches, upgrades) and work closely with the Test Bench team on these topics;
  • Incorporate safety, quality, repeatability and reliability requirements for inspections.

 Structure processes and data in the ERP 

  • Define and structure the management of measurement and test results in the ERP;
  • Ensure the consistency and reliability of the associated industrial data;
  • Contribute to the evolution of business processes related to traceability and inspections;
  • Act as the Methods ERP referent for testing and measurement activities;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and the harmonization of working methods.

 Manage the industrial file for test benches 

  • Define and maintain bills of materials, routings, procedures and technical documentation;
  • Ensure data integration into document management tools and the ERP;
  • Contribute to the monitoring of equipment, maintenance and safety aspects.

 Support production 

  • Support industrial ramp-up;
  • Provide support for production activities and for maintaining series products in operational condition;
  • Work closely with the Production, Quality, V&V, IT, Test Bench and Development teams.

 

Profile required

With a Master's-level general engineering background or an engineering degree, you ideally have initial experience in an industrial environment. You have: 

  • A good understanding of Verification & Validation (V&V) activities;
  • The ability to analyze and formalize test protocols;
  • A strong interest in ERP tools and the structuring of industrial processes;
  • Knowledge of mechanics, IT (Python, SQL), electrical engineering, and ideally electronics & optics;
  • Good command of technical English.
