As a Customer Project Manager within the Products team, your role will be to coordinate commercial and technical exchanges between Cailabs and its customers. You will act as the customer's interface within the company and will manage the project(s) from start to finish: from pre-sales to project delivery, with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction in various fields of application related to optics.
As a Customer Project Manager within the products team, your role will be to coordinate commercial and technical exchanges between Cailabs and its clients. You serve as the interface between the client and the company, overseeing the project(s) from pre-sales to project delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction in various application domains.
Your missions will include:
- Understanding and analyzing the needs of the client/partner and proposing a suitable offer in collaboration with Cailabs' technical and commercial teams.
- Managing the project from conception (specifications, etc.) to delivery and/or implementation of the solution.
- Prioritizing project objectives.
- Ensuring smooth communication among project stakeholders: clients/partners, product managers, technical project managers, operations, and the sales team.
- Ensuring financial monitoring and risk management: profitability, adherence to deadlines, quality.
- Generating associated reports.
- Keeping up with the latest technical developments and providing feedback to the product manager for product improvement.
- Regularly and proactively following up with clients to ensure proper use of the solution, addressing inquiries, providing solutions to potential issues, and identifying new needs.
Profile required
Key points:
- A graduate of engineering school or equivalent, you will have acquired a technical background in optics.
Ideally, you will have experience of project management in the high-tech sector.
You are autonomous and proactive, and know how to be a driving force in a project and take the initiative.
You are recognised for your :
- Ability to manage several subjects in parallel
- Organisation and a sense of priorities
- Ability to analyse and summarise
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to new projects and a variety of contacts.
You have excellent customer relations skills, and patience and listening skills are your watchwords.
Fluent professional English required.
