Job description

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Ensuring that supplier invoices are received and reconciled with orders received
  • Checking, validating and entering supplier invoices
  • Preparing supplier payments
  • Handling supplier reminders and responding to their requests
  • Checking, validating and entering expense reports
  • Participating in account reviews and monthly closings in collaboration with the accounting team
  • Participating in the optimisation of accounting procedures and information systems
  • Proposing improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of tools 

 

The tasks will be carried out mainly at our site in La Gare, then on Route de Lorient.

Essential skills

With a two- or three-year degree in accounting, you have two years' experience in similar roles within a company.

 

  • You are thorough and organised.
  • You have excellent communication skills:
      • Internal (particularly with the accounting and purchasing teams)
      • External with suppliers
  • You have good analytical skills
  • You are proactive in problem solving
  • You have already worked with an ERP system (ideally Open Prod and Cegid XRP Flex)
  • You are proficient in Excel
