Job description

Founded in 2013, Cailabs is the number one global specialist in laser shaping, tied to a unique, patented technology: Multi Plane Light Conversion (MPLC).

At Cailabs we design, manufacture and develop innovative photonic solutions for satellite communications, industrial applications (laser machining), fiber optic telecommunications and defense.

Since 2020, Cailabs has seen its growth accelerate in the field of optical ground stations/ free space optical communications and we are looking to expand our customer base across the U.S. government, commercial, and defense markets. Cailabs patented MPLC technology passively mitigates atmospheric turbulence to enable ultra-high-speed satellite to earth communications -an exciting technology with unlimited potential. Cailabs currently employs over 90 people, including 25 PhDs. with 26 patent families registered.

Essential skills

You have a strong technical background in optics.

You ideally have experience in project management in the high-tech sector.

You are autonomous and proactive, you know how to be a driving force in a project and take initiatives.

You are recognized for your :

- Ability to manage several subjects in parallel

- Organization and sense of priorities

- Ability to analyze and synthesize

- Very good interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to new projects and a variety of people

You build excellent relations with all the stakeholders, patience and deep listening are your key assets.

Fluency in English is required.
