As an Optical Methods Engineer, reporting to the Methods Manager and working in an R&D and multidisciplinary environment, your role will be to optimize the manufacturing processes of our products.

  • Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Working closely with the Development team on the industrialization of our new products
  • Proactively suggesting improvements to optimize our manufacturing processes
  • Being responsible for defining and managing the industrial documentation of our products (BOM, process routing, procedures) within our ERP system
  • Acting as the reference person for Methods tools and contributing to the improvement and standardization of work methods within the department
  • Serving as the Methods reference for both Operational and Development teams

Profile required

You have a Master's degree (BAC+5) in Engineering with a specialization in optics and a minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.

  • You have a strong command of methods tools
  • You are recognized for your interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • You have good listening, analytical, and writing abilities
  • You are rigorous and organized
  • You are pedagogical
  • You are curious and proactive
  • You have a fluent level of English
  • You are comfortable with IT tools (Microsoft Office suite) and have experience using ERP systems
