To support this dynamic growth, we are looking for an IVV Manager within our Technical Department.
This is a strategic position that combines technical expertise and leadership, overseeing the IVV strategy while guiding a team of passionate engineers.
Your daily responsibilities
• Support and develop a team of 5 to 6 engineers by providing technical and methodological guidance.
• Define verification and validation criteria, test benches, components, sub-systems, and system integration.
• Supervise and actively participate in product integration, ensuring step-by-step validation of sub-system compliance.
• Ensure rigorous testing and technical investigations in case of non-compliance, proposing appropriate solutions.
• Act as an interface between optical, electronic, software, and mechanical teams to ensure a common understanding of objectives and constraints.
• Contribute to requirements traceability throughout the V-cycle, in close collaboration with the system architecture team.
• Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to strengthen team cohesion, share best practices, and support continuous improvement.
Profile required
What we are looking for
• Graduate from an engineering school (Master’s level, Bac +5) with proven experience in systems engineering, particularly in IVV, V&V, or AIT, in a high-tech environment.
• Broad technical vision and strong methodological approach, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience in team management, with a strong interest in technical work and collaboration with R&D, Operations, and clients.
• Ability to analyze, challenge, and argue effectively, proposing practical solutions to complex technical problems.
• Curiosity and openness to innovation, comfortable in demanding and evolving technical environments.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
