To support our growth and maintain the high standards required by our activities, we are seeking our future Compliance Manager.
You will be responsible for the company's compliance policy, ensuring adherence to French and international regulations in a dynamic context of growth and development.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Leading compliance initiatives across Cailabs Group entities to ensure alignment with national and international regulations, particularly U.S. standards;

Conducting regulatory and normative monitoring on topics relevant to our business (export control, ITAR, etc.);

Defining, implementing, and updating internal compliance policies (ethical charter, anti-corruption policies, procedures, risk mapping, etc.);

Closely collaborating with operational teams to ensure compliance with technical regulations specific to our products;

Managing export compliance (customs controls, sensitive technologies, country-specific restrictions) and coordinating with sales administration and logistics for operational deployment;

Acting as the primary point of contact for external authorities (CNIL, DGA, certification bodies, auditors, etc.);

Providing training and raising awareness among teams regarding compliance best practices;

Identifying internal issues and proposing tailored solutions through a partnership approach with operational teams;

Maintaining strong and regular relationships with regulatory authorities and relevant professional associations.
Additionally, you will serve as Security Officer (20% of your responsibilities; physical and building security are not part of this role):

Drafting and maintaining internal security procedures (protected areas, management of sensitive information, etc.);

Overseeing associated administrative and documentary management.
Profile required
You hold a Master's degree (business school or engineering) with a specialization in compliance and have at least 5 years of confirmed international experience in a compliance function, ideally within an industrial sector subject to significant regulatory constraints such as defense or aerospace.
- You have in-depth knowledge of French and U.S. compliance regulations, particularly in defense;
- Your rigor, organizational skills, and discretion allow you to autonomously manage complex cases;
- You demonstrate a strong ability to identify issues and propose relevant solutions, maintaining a continuous improvement mindset;
- You possess excellent writing skills and recognized pedagogical ability to effectively raise awareness among teams about compliance culture;
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential for this position.
The position can be based in Rennes or Paris, with regular travel to Rennes.
