We are recruiting an Operations & Planning Coordinator dedicated to our Canunda product line, a laser solution designed to enhance machining processes such as precision cutting, laser welding, additive manufacturing, and micro-machining.

 

Reporting to the Head of Planning & Scheduling within the Operations Department, you will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing production operations.

 

Your mission will be to ensure the successful execution of all phases of product delivery, from project launch through customer installation, by ensuring team alignment, schedule compliance, and smooth operational flow.

You will work in a demanding and highly cross-functional technological environment, interacting closely with Technical, Product, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

 

Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Own and monitor the overall delivery schedule and ensure smooth progress of ongoing operations,
  • Ensure requirements are properly defined in coordination with the Technical and Product departments,
  • Coordinate internal activities with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure resource availability and smooth synchronization of operations,
  • Identify risks related to scheduling or workload deviations and propose the necessary adjustments,
  • Organize and lead progress meetings, follow up on action plans, and drive corrective actions,
  • Consolidate and communicate monitoring indicators and reporting required for operational management,
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of production and operational management processes.

Profile required

With a Master’s degree in Engineering (equivalent to a 5-year university degree), you have proven experience in managing and coordinating complex technical or industrial activities.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in project management, meeting facilitation, and operational planning,
  • You are recognized for your ability to manage topics in demanding environments while ensuring smooth communication, schedule control, and priority management, as well as for your strong listening, communication, and organizational skills,
  • You are comfortable working cross-functionally with Technical, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product teams, and thrive in environments requiring coordination, anticipation, and responsiveness,
  • You are proficient with planning and activity monitoring tools (Excel, Planner, Microsoft 365)

Nice to Have :

  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and comfortable working in international environments,
  • You have a technical background enabling you to understand technical challenges and effectively guide cross-functional teams.
  • You have experience working with ERP systems.
