Apply your quality expertise to innovative projects and help build operational excellence to ensure reliable high-technology products.

At Cailabs, quality is at the core of projects, product development, and operations.

You will work directly on projects in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (R&D, industrialization/methods, internal and customer project managers) to secure developments, ensure deliverables, and support the market launch of high-performance solutions.

Each of your activities has a direct impact on project success, customer satisfaction, and the overall quality of the products.

You contribute to structuring quality practices, aligning teams around shared requirements, and de-risking projects through adherence to development milestones and standards.

Your analyses and recommendations are integrated into projects and directly contribute to the improvement of products and processes.

Each deliverable is the result of a collective effort that you help secure, strengthen, and improve throughout the entire lifecycle of projects and products.

Key Responsibilitie

Deployment of the quality approach and project oversight

• Play a key role in deploying our quality approach and structuring the associated documentation framework
• Ensure the application of project milestones and product development lifecycle processes
• Analyze deviations during project monitoring processes and propose corrective actions
• Lead operational and system quality initiatives in direct collaboration with operational teams

Requirements management and deliverable compliance

• Define and maintain Quality Requirements for product development
• Verify the compliance of the Technical File and the Solution Definition File

Facilitation and coordination

• Lead working groups, coordinate actions, and monitor the implementation of decisions
• Provide guidance and support to teams to ensure adherence to processes and best practices

Management system and continuous improvement

• Deploy and continuously improve the Quality Management System based on audits and field feedback
• Monitor quality indicators and propose concrete improvement actions
• Structure and maintain quality documentation (processes, procedures, frameworks), ensuring it remains clear, practical, and useful for all users

Profile required

Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, quality, or an equivalent technical discipline

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project quality, product development, or technical project management, within a complex industrial or technological environment

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering, development milestones, and V-cycle development processes
• Experience in project management, ideally in multi-technical environments (electrical, mechanical, software, optics)
• Ability to structure and implement operational quality frameworks

Additional Technical Skills (appreciated)

• Configuration management and version control
• Software development knowledge
• Experience facilitating development processes and leading change initiatives

Essential Soft Skills

• Effective and pragmatic client relationship skills
• Strong pedagogical abilities, with clear communication and synthesis skills
