Post description

In response to the steady growth of its activities and industrialization challenges, Cailabs is strengthening its organization with the creation of a Industrial Project Supervision Department.
As part of this initiative, we are looking for a Industrial Project Supervisor whose role will be to plan, coordinate, and oversee all activities across the various phases involved in the realization of our optical ground stations (assembly, integration, testing, and delivery).

You will ensure the overall fluidity of project execution by maintaining proper synchronization between teams, while ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, and cost objectives.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Acting as the guarantor of the overall delivery schedule for our stations;
• Coordinating internal activities in close collaboration with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure proper synchronization of operations and resource availability;
• Anticipating potential schedule or workload deviations and proposing necessary adjustments;
• Organizing and leading progress and industrial performance meetings (schedule, cost, quality), identifying gaps, and driving corrective actions;
• Ensuring compliance with QHSE requirements and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of production processes.

Profile required

With a Master’s degree (Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Planning, or equivalent), you have at least 5 years of proven experience in complex, evolving, multi-project industrial environments.

  • You have an excellent command of planning tools (MS Project, ERP systems, tracking tools).
  • You possess strong analytical, structured, and rigorous thinking skills.
  • You are a collaborative team player, with the ability to connect and coordinate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of the space, photonics, or high-technology industrial sectors is a strong asset.
