As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our HR team with a Talent & Learning Partner / HR Development Officer, who will play a key role in our structuring, training, and cultural transformation projects.
Your missions
-
Drive skills development: design and implement the training plan, identify strategic needs, ensure quality and follow-up of initiatives, and systematize regulatory safety training.

Structure and enhance talent: update job and skills mapping, develop programs such as mentoring, support internal mobility and create career opportunities, and contribute to organizational transformation projects.

Create a knowledge base: design and animate a space for sharing (trainings, best practices, resources) to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Contribute to transversal HR projects: actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and the deployment of new HR solutions.

Be a driving force: explore innovative HR practices, anticipate future needs, and contribute to our CSR policy.

Ensure compliance and impact: monitor legal requirements, measure the effectiveness of HR projects, and optimize their implementation.

Support change management: facilitate team adoption of new HR initiatives through clear, engaging, and consistent communication.
Essential skills
Profile
With a Master’s degree (Bac +5), you have significant experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role, ideally within an industrial environment experiencing strong growth or transformation, during which you have developed:

A solid command of HR processes (training, skills development, HR project management, change management).

Strong knowledge of labor law and HR regulations.

The ability to manage and lead HR projects independently, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency of the solutions delivered.
