Job description

Then join the Cailabs Finance Department!

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, your role will be to carry out day-to-day accounting tasks.

Your tasks will include:

• Entering bank details and bank reconciliations
• Entering supplier invoices and monitoring supplier balances in conjunction with the purchasing department
• Performing weekly supplier transfers

Other tasks as your skills and confidence grow: 

• Entering customer invoices and monitoring the customer ageing balance in conjunction with the sales department
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation of monthly cut-offs
• Enter payroll entries and reconcile with DSNs

Profile required

You have a 2-year higher education qualification in accounting or DCG with experience of working in a company and cost accounting.

Key points: 

• You are rigorous and curious,

• You have a good command of Excel,
• You like working with figures.

Plus points : 

• You have experience of working in an accountancy firm,
• You are familiar with Cegid xrp flex and Open prod,
• Fluency in professional English,
• Knowledge of currencies and exchange rates.
