Job description

Within the R&D technical team, your role will be to work on the entire V-cycle of product development, particularly focusing on the phases of Integration, Verification, and Validation of complex optronic systems (especially Optical Ground Stations).

Your tasks will include:

  • Defining verification and validation criteria for our components, subsystems, and hardware systems (optical, electronic, mechanical, etc.), as well as designing the corresponding control benches.

  • Monitoring and integrating the product, progressively validating that the subsystems meet the specified requirements.

  • Conducting tests and technical investigations in case of non-compliance and proposing solutions for problem resolution.

  • Serving as a technical interface between our team and the business teams, ensuring smooth and effective communication.

  • Ensuring the traceability of requirements.

  • Contributing to the creation of architectural documentation and various technical documents.

  • Participating in the development of a system methodology within the R&D team, thus enhancing the efficiency of our product development process.

Essential skills

With a background as engineer (Master's degree) you have developed skills in electronics and/or optoelectronics.

  • You have a first experience in system engineering acquired in industrial environments.
  • Experience in setting up hardware tests, validation, and verification (IVV or V&V) is a significant asset for this position.
  • Your broad technical knowledge, methodical approach, and ability to manage relationships involving multiple stakeholders and disciplines will be your main strengths.
