Your responsibilities 

Data management and creation 

  • Analyse coding requests 
  • Create items in the ERP system in accordance with the applicable parameterization rules 
  • Structure data according to business requirements 

Data accuracy and maintenance 

  • Keep the item master database up to date in a context of ongoing product changes 
  • Identify and correct inconsistencies 
  • Contribute to improving overall data quality 

Management of changes to the industrial documentation 

  • Participate in regular change management sessions 
  • Ensure consistency between different product versions 

You will work in an environment with high data volumes, both minor and major peaks in activity, requiring a high level of responsiveness on a daily basis. 

You will work closely with technical teams and cross-functional business teams, and your role will go beyond simply executing requests. 

You will analyse requests, define the appropriate item parameters in accordance with business rules, and challenge requests when information is incomplete or inconsistent. 

You will contribute to ensuring reliable and consistent practices and securing data flows. 

Profile required

  • Technical degree (2-year higher education / equivalent to a French Bac+2) with several years of experience in an industrial environment, particularly in mechanical engineering, electronics, optics, etc. OR significant experience in technical data management or product data management. 
  • ERP experience: creation/modification of items (management of several dozen fields within item master records), item master data administration.
