Cailabs, a fast-growing photonics technology company, is looking for a dynamic recruiter to strengthen its HR team.

As a recruiter, you will play a key role in our expansion by identifying and attracting the best talent to support our continued growth.

You will be responsible for

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified profiles.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from needs analysis with managers to candidate selection.
• Assess candidates' skills, experience and cultural compatibility through in-depth interviews and relevant assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure regular follow-up with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Report on and monitor recruitment indicators.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and contribute to the optimization of the tools and methods used.

Depending on your interests, you may also be assigned cross-functional tasks, such as coordinating school relations, employer brand communication, etc.

Essential skills

You have at least 5 years' proven recruitment experience in a high-tech environment.

You are recognized for your :

• good interpersonal skills,
• curiosity,
• organizational skills and thoroughness,
• team spirit.

You have a sense of service and a proactive approach to finding appropriate solutions.

You enjoy a challenge and have the tenacity and energy to achieve your goal.

You are familiar with online recruitment tools and platforms, and have a good command of the Microsoft office suite (excel, ppt, word).

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
