Within the Technical Department, you will be responsible for leading the development of sub-systems for our optical ground stations, from prototype design through to industrialization.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Developing the sub-systems that make up the optical ground stations in compliance with customer requirements, and establishing specifications in collaboration with Systems Engineers.

Conducting studies and implementing modifications during the design, development, and pre-production phases.

Identifying and proposing alternative solutions to resolve issues and optimize product performance.

Monitoring validations throughout the various development phases in preparation for mass production.

Creating a detailed project schedule for the development and pre-production phases.

Preparing and leading progress reviews.

Maintaining continuous technical and technological watch.
This position can be based in Rennes or Paris (with frequent and regular travel to Rennes).
Profile required
With a background in optical engineering, you have 7–8 years of industrial experience in the development of optronic products, special-purpose machines, or scientific instrumentation involving optical components. You have a strong command of all stages from prototyping to industrialization.
