Within the Technical Department, you will be responsible for leading the development of sub-systems for our optical ground stations, from prototype design through to industrialization.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing the sub-systems that make up the optical ground stations in compliance with customer requirements, and establishing specifications in collaboration with Systems Engineers.

• Conducting studies and implementing modifications during the design, development, and pre-production phases.

• Identifying and proposing alternative solutions to resolve issues and optimize product performance.

• Monitoring validations throughout the various development phases in preparation for mass production.

• Creating a detailed project schedule for the development and pre-production phases.

• Preparing and leading progress reviews.

• Maintaining continuous technical and technological watch.

This position can be based in Rennes or Paris (with frequent and regular travel to Rennes).

Profile required

With a background in optical engineering, you have 7–8 years of industrial experience in the development of optronic products, special-purpose machines, or scientific instrumentation involving optical components. You have a strong command of all stages from prototyping to industrialization.
