Post description

You will join the Supply Chain team, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

As part of the team, you will contribute to managing the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, a key driver for coordination across the company’s various departments. You will participate in consolidating data and preparing scenarios and analyses to support decision-making. You will also contribute to improving and automating the process and related tools.

This internship will give you a cross-functional view of the company and a strong understanding of planning challenges within an innovative technology environment.

Your responsibilities:

  • Update and consolidate S&OP forecasting and planning data.
  • Prepare, improve, and automate the analyses and dashboards required for S&OP reviews.
  • Analyze variances between forecasts and actual results.
  • Contribute to the preparation of S&OP reviews.
  • Support the continuous improvement of planning tools and processes.

What you will develop:

  • A comprehensive understanding of supply chain and planning processes.
  • Skills in data analysis and performance management.
  • Hands-on experience of how a fast-growing industrial company operates.

Your objective:

Your main objective will be to redesign and improve the S&OP review materials to meet evolving needs, particularly by integrating a stronger financial perspective. You will also help make updates and preliminary analyses more efficient by automating data processing and formatting, as well as improving the associated tools.

This six-month internship is available during the first half of 2027.

Profile required

Key skills:

  • Currently completing a 5-year higher education degree (Master’s level), such as an engineering or business school degree, a specialised Master’s degree, or a Master 2, with a specialisation in Supply Chain or Finance.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and data presentation.
  • An interest in simulation and planning topics.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Initial experience in dashboard development.
  • Thoroughness, autonomy, a proactive mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
