Post description
As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a Real Estate Manager to ensure the continuity of the management of our office and industrial buildings.
Acting as a key point of contact between the company’s various departments, you will oversee the administrative and financial management of our buildings and contribute to projects aimed at developing and improving our workspaces in a fast-growing environment.
As Cailabs continues to grow, you will also support the evolution and reorganization of our workspaces.
Your responsibilities:
Manage the administrative and financial aspects of our buildings
- Manage relationships with property owners and insurance providers;
- Monitor building-related budgets and invoices, including rent, service charges, maintenance costs, etc.;
- Ensure consistency between budgets and expenses, in coordination with the Maintenance team.
Support the evolution of our workspaces
- Anticipate workspace reorganization needs related to Cailabs’ growth, in coordination with the Human Resources team;
- Organize and plan workspace development projects in coordination with the Real Estate Manager and the Maintenance team.
Ensure the safety and security of our buildings and employees
- Manage site access rights according to employee profiles;
- Monitor and improve safety and security systems and procedures in coordination with the Quality and Maintenance teams.
Profile required
- You enjoy working as part of a team and are able to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You have a strong knowledge of corporate real estate.
- You are able to manage several projects simultaneously and coordinate their different stages.
- You are autonomous and have strong analytical skills.
