Internship description

As part of Cailabs' Products & Partnerships team, you will report to Cailabs' Optical Ground Station Product Manager. You will play an active role in defining the products in the TILBA space communications range, particularly the optical ground stations (OGS) used for communications between Earth and satellites.  

You will also contribute to the creation of innovative marketing content to promote optical communications to our partners, potential customers, and the scientific community.

You will work in collaboration with the product, sales, and communications teams : 

 

  • Product marketing and innovation: contributing to product definition and design, monitoring product development projects, participating in workshops to brainstorm innovative product ideas. 
  • Developing scripts for videos: writing scripts for product presentation videos and technical demonstrations. 
  • Creating case studies: highlighting concrete solutions developed for our customers and presenting the results. 

Profile required

Key points: 

  • Engineering or master's degree student (optics, telecoms, generalist), ideally with a dual degree in engineering/product marketing/innovative project management 
  • Keen interest in photonic technologies, advanced communication systems and space technology 
  • Proficiency in technical writing and explaining technical concepts to a variety of audiences (customers, partners, scientific sector). 
  • Communication skills: Collaborative spirit and ability to work in a team with technical and marketing profiles. 
  • Fluent English: Essential skill for writing documents in English and collaborating in an international environment.
