As a Mechatronics Methods Engineer, reporting to the Methods Manager and working in an R&D and multidisciplinary environment, your role will be to optimize the manufacturing processes of our products.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Development team on the industrialization of our new products;
  • Collaborating with the Development team on the characterization/qualification of our manufacturing processes;

  • Proactively suggesting optimizations for our manufacturing processes;

  • Being responsible for defining and managing the industrial documentation of our products (bill of materials/routing/procedures) in our ERP system;

  • Acting as the Methods tools expert and contributing to the improvement and standardization of work methods within the department;

  • Serving as the process/methods reference for the Operational and Development teams.

Profile required

With a Master’s degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school with a focus on mechanics and electronics, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment.

  • You have a strong command of Methods tools;
  • You are proficient in mechanical/electronic CAD/CAE design software;
  • You are recognized for your interpersonal and collaborative skills;
  • You have strong listening, analytical, and writing abilities;
  • You are rigorous and organized;
  • You have a pedagogical approach;
  • You are curious and proactive;
  • You are comfortable with IT tools (Office suite) and ERP systems;
  • You have a fluent level of English.
  • Bonus skills:
    Knowledge of optics;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Familiarity with coding (Python).
