As a Methods Technician, reporting to the Head of Methods and working in a multidisciplinary R&D environment, your role will be to contribute to the industrialization of our products and optimize production processes.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Contributing to the definition and management of the industrial documentation for our products (Bill of Materials / routings / procedures) within our ERP system,

Developing and maintaining manufacturing and testing procedures/work instructions for production teams, in close collaboration with the Development, Operations, and Quality teams,
-
Contributing to workshop ergonomics and productivity improvements by proposing process and equipment enhancement solutions,
-
Designing production tooling using CAD and overseeing their implementation,
-
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile required
Your Profil
You hold a 2-year technical degree (Associate degree or equivalent) with a focus on mechanics and/or optics, and you have 2 to 5 years of experience in a methods role within an industrial environment.

You are able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics,

You are known for your strong interpersonal skills and curiosity,

You have strong analytical and writing skills,

You are detail-oriented and rigorous in your work,

You are proactive, well-organized, and have good time management skills,

You have experience working with an ERP system (BOMs, routings, etc.).
Nice to have

Knowledge of optics,
-
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office suite),

CAD proficiency (SolidWorks),

Professional English proficiency.
