As part of a new position within the Supply Chain Division, and in order to support the company's growth, your main task will be to process and monitor orders to direct and indirect suppliers right through to delivery.

 

Your tasks:  

  • Place replenishment orders in the ERP system (direct and subcontracted),
  • Enter order acknowledgements, monitor delivery times and follow up with suppliers,Keeping the ERP up to date with information relating to
  • Establish and maintain close contact with our supplier partners
  • Contribute to team dynamics and provide support to your Sales Administration
  • Calculate the supplier service rate,
  • Analyse stock shortages and work with the Logistics Manager to improve flows,
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the service.

Profile required

With a 2/3 years' higher education in purchasing/supply chain, you will have significant experience as a Purchaser, ideally in an innovative industrial environment (optics, space, arms, high-tech, etc.). 

 

  • You are organised, rigorous and proactive, and have already worked in an environment with multiple interfaces, where you have been able to put your interpersonal skills to good use,
  • You enjoy planning and scheduling,
  • You are at ease on the telephone,
  • You have a good command of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel) and ERP-type IT tools,
  • You will be able to communicate with English-speaking suppliers both orally and in writing,
  • Basic accounting knowledge would be a plus.
