You are joining at a time when the industrialization of our optical ground stations is becoming a major challenge.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will take on the management of our new “Planning/Scheduling” team. You will play a key role in managing the planning and scheduling of all activities (assembly, integration, testing, deliveries, and installations).
This is a strategic, cross-functional position in which you will lead the team and bring stakeholders together around industrial priorities. Your work will be decisive for both industrial performance and customer satisfaction, with an immediate impact on these two dimensions.
Your main responsibilities will be:

Structure and organize the team: define processes, methods, and tools, and drive an effective team dynamic;

Manage the team of project supervisors and support the development of the team’s skills;

Oversee all planning and scheduling activities from order entry in the ERP through to production: timelines, resources, risks, quality, in coordination with R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Procurement, and Production teams;

Organize and adjust production workload in line with industrial capacities and operational priorities;

Consolidate all project supervisors’ schedules: arbitrate and prioritize in case of constraints (delays, customer changes, workload conflicts) and anticipate schedule or budget drifts as well as capacity needs (machines, operators, subcontractors);

Monitor day-to-day progress through indicators (dashboards, charts, lead-time KPIs, service rate, etc.);

Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of execution processes.
Profile required
- You have a higher-education degree (engineering school or equivalent university program) with a specialization in production management or industrial management.
- You have at least 8 years of experience in industrial, multi-project environments, complemented by managerial experience.
- You are comfortable working in demanding, fast-growing environments and take a hands-on, field-oriented approach.
- You have solid expertise in project management and continuous improvement.
