Internship description

You will work within the logistics team under the supervision of the logistics manager.

 

The internship project aims to:

 

  • Define the storage volume represented by the bill of materials for an OGS (Optical Ground Station) - (3 months)
  • Define the volume and weight per component
  • Enter this information into the ERP
  • Determine a process to guarantee the information as soon as the item code is created
  • Implement the kanban methodology in the production rooms - (2-3 months)
  • Determine the families of components concerned
  • Implement the process in each production room and for each product line 

Profile required

Key point: 

  • Training in logistics 
  • Knowledge of Kanban methodology 
  • An interest in industrialisation 

Bonus point:  

  • Experience in operational logistics (stock management, ERP, etc.) 
  • Rigour, motivation and autonomy
