Internship description

Reporting to the Head of Legal and working closely with the whole team, you will play an active role in the department’s day-to-day operations and its key projects during a three-month work placement.  

 

Your role will focus on two main areas: 

Actively participating in the reorganisation and structuring of the department, with a clear objective: to optimise working methods and finalise the implementation of appropriate tools and processes:
Mapping of existing legal documents
Reorganising and optimising the legal database (classification, harmonisation of nomenclatures, improving accessibility)
Helping to implement or improve monitoring tools (contracts, litigation, corporate matters, delegations, etc.)
Formalising internal processes and drafting practical guides for teams
Proposing improvements to streamline communication between the legal department and other departments
Identifying and analysing day-to-day legal issues alongside the team:
Assisting with the monitoring and management of the company’s corporate affairs (preparing corporate documents, organising meetings, updating registers, legal filing and archiving)

Assistance with drafting, proofreading and monitoring contracts (NDAs, supplier contracts, client contracts, partner contracts, etc.)
Monitoring contractual and administrative deadlines
Helping to update contract templates
Ad hoc legal monitoring and research on specific topics

 

This internship will enable you to apply and deepen your legal knowledge in an innovative technological environment, whilst developing your understanding of the operational challenges faced by a fast-growing company.

Profile required

Key skills: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Private Law
  • Team spirit
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Basic legal knowledge
