Job description
Founded in 2013, Cailabs designs, manufactures, and develops innovative photonic solutions for the space, industry, telecommunications, and defense sectors. A global specialist in laser shaping, the company has accelerated its growth in the space field with turnkey optical ground stations that integrate atmospheric turbulence compensation technology. This makes it one of the first companies to harness very high data rates enabled by optics in a commercial ground station.
Cailabs currently has over 120 employees, including 32 PhDs. With 26 patent families filed, the company is one of the most innovative companies in France. It is headquartered in Rennes, with offices in Paris and Washington (USA).
Essential skills
Graduated from an engineering school or equivalent, you have a first experience necessarily technical-commercial during which you acquired an understanding of photonic technologies and / or technical projects with high added value.
You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and are recognized for :
- Your ability to understand the technical specifications of high-tech products and to present them clearly and convincingly.
- Your ability to work independently and manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and French.
The VIE will be based in the Washington area.
Duration: 12 months.
An integration period at our French headquarters in Rennes will be organized.
