As a member of the R&D technical team, your role will be to work on the entire V-cycle of product development, with a particular focus on the Integration, Verification, and Validation (IVV) phases.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining verification and validation criteria, control benches for components and subsystems, and system integration.
- Overseeing and participating in product integration, progressively validating that subsystems meet specified requirements.
- Conducting tests, performing technical investigations in case of non-conformities, and proposing solutions.
- Acting as the technical interface with various teams.
- Managing requirement traceability.
- Contributing to architecture files and various technical documentation.
- Supporting the development of a systematic methodology within the R&D team.
Essential skills
With an Engineer degree, you have initial experience in systems engineering gained in industrial environments.
Your broad technical knowledge, methodological approach, and ability to manage relationships involving multiple stakeholders and disciplines will be your key strengths.
Your strengths:
- Ability to work in a team and communicate in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Skills in analysis, synthesis, challenging ideas, and building arguments.
- Curious, proactive, and oriented toward innovation and new technologies.
- Comfortable navigating uncertain and complex environments.
- A strong command of English, both written and spoken, is required.
The position can be based in Rennes or Paris (with regular travel to Rennes if based in Paris).
