In a rapidly growing company, it’s not decisions that are lacking, but the time and coherence needed to turn intentions into faithful execution. The Chief of Staff is precisely the person who makes this possible.

This is a role that requires structure, clarity, and discernment. You capture and contextualize key information and ensure that decisions are understood, followed, and implemented effectively.

• Bring structure, discernment, and information mastery to sensitive contexts.
• Act swiftly on critical, unanticipated, or cross-functional issues.
• Quickly understand complex problems and develop actionable insights.
• Provide clarity, method, and composure when situations demand it.

Profile required

Your value lies in the quality of synthesis, timing accuracy, and precision of communication. You know when to dive into details without ever losing sight of the bigger picture.

You possess both the instinct for depth and the ability to step back strategically.

Skills & Experience
• Master’s degree or equivalent (business school, engineering, or political science). Specialization in management, finance, or strategy is highly valued. Project management or strategy consulting certifications appreciated.
