Join the Finance Department at Cailabs!
Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Director, your role will be to handle general and cost accounting, manage the company's tax affairs, and optimize related processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in team management and leadership, supporting employees in developing their skills and ensuring that daily activities run smoothly.
- Performing all of the company's accounting operations (accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, day-to-day cash management, monitoring bank accounts, etc.).
- Working with the accounting team, ensure that accounting documents are recorded and checked, and check bank reconciliations.
- Oversee monthly accounting closings and maintain the closing operations calendar.
- Organize the annual closing in direct collaboration with the external accounting firm
Monitor tax matters and be responsible for filing and ensuring the accuracy of periodic returns: corporate income tax (CIT), R&D tax credit (CIR) returns, VAT returns, other taxes and duties - Lead continuous improvement projects (updating procedures, optimizing the accounting system and its information system, etc.)
Essential skills
With a master's degree in accounting/DSCG, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position.
- You have team management and leadership skills;
- You have advanced Excel skills;
- Previous experience in an industrial environment would be a plus;
- Knowledge of solutions such as CEGID XRP Flex or Microsoft Business Central would also be a plus;
- Your main assets for carrying out these tasks will be your organizational skills, adaptability, responsiveness, and curiosity;
- You have good analytical and communication skills.
